Terms of Use
These terms apply to the WOBBLE mobile game and its online features (leaderboards, ranked play, friend challenges and sign-in). WOBBLE is operated by SOTER SYSTEMS ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. The game
WOBBLE is free to play. It is a casual game for fun: scores, ranks, XP, themes and other rewards have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
Apple's App Store terms or Google Play's terms also apply to how you download the game. Apple and Google are not responsible for the game or its support.
2. Accounts and sign-in
- You can play solo without an account. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and lets you keep progress across devices and join ranked play.
- Keep your Google or Apple account secure. You are responsible for activity under it.
- You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Display names and fair play
Your display name is public. Do not use a name that:
- is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing;
- impersonates another person, brand or our staff;
- contains personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or links.
Do not cheat. That includes modifying the game, automating taps with bots or scripts, exploiting bugs, tampering with network traffic, or using multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards. Ranked scores are checked by our server, and suspicious runs may be reviewed.
We may rename display names, remove scores, reset ranks, or suspend access for players who break these rules. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
4. Ads
The game is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional; the reward is given only when Google confirms the ad was watched. Ads never change scores, ranks or challenge results. See the Privacy Policy for your ad privacy choices.
5. Our content
The game, its code, artwork, music and name belong to us or our licensors. You may play it for personal, non-commercial use. You may share screenshots, videos and challenge links. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), or redistribute the game.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the game, change rules, balance or seasons, and reset leaderboards at the start of a season. Online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable. We may stop the online service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice in the game where possible.
7. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be error-free or always available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress, ranks or rewards. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. Ending your use
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date above, and tell you in the game when the change is significant. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
