Delete your WOBBLE data

WOBBLE is published by SOTER SYSTEMS.

In the game (signed-in players)

1. Open WOBBLE and tap Settings.
2. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then tap it again to confirm.

This deletes your account immediately.

By email (anyone, including players who never signed in)

Email support@sotersystems.in with the subject "Delete my WOBBLE data". Include your display name and country, and the approximate date you last played, so we can find your records. We may ask you to confirm from the device. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your player ID and access tokens
• Your Google or Apple sign-in link
• Display name, country and saved progress
• Ranks, rank points and ranked run history
• Your scores on friend challenges

What may remain

• Database backups keep a copy for up to 14 days, after which it is gone.
• Server logs contain no names, IDs or IP addresses, so they hold nothing that identifies you.
• Data held by Google for ads is controlled by Google: reset your advertising ID in your phone settings, or see Google's Privacy Policy.

Uninstalling the app removes progress stored on your phone, but not data on our server. Use one of the options above for that.
